社会资本视域下高校校友资源的创新整合

Innovation and Integration of University Alumni Resources from the Perspective of Social Capital

充分整合利用校友资源,拓展办学思路,扩大办学经费捐赠,提升办学效益,已成为推进我国建设世界一流大学、一流学科的重要现实课题。本文从社会资本的视角,通过对世界知名高校相关做法与经验的借鉴,明确了国内高校社会资本再生增值的机制与路径,并立足高等教育国际化,接轨海内外校友资源整合优势,提出了挖掘整合校友资源、实现社会资本运作的优化策略。

Fully integrating and utilizing alumni resources,developing educational ideology,increasing donations for school management and promoting the education effects of schools have become important and realistic issues for our country to construct world-first-class universities and firstclass subjects. From the perspective of social capital,this thesis,learning from world-famous universities and colleges for related practice and experience,puts forward a mechanism as well as methods for social capital regeneration and value increment for domestic universities and colleges. Based on internationalization of higher education,with an advantage of integrating alumni resource at home and abroad,it also comes up with measures to search for and integrate alumni resource and to maximize and optimize the operation of social capital,with the purpose of providing accordingly strategies and helpful suggestions to deepen the reform of mechanism of running colleges and universities.
