一名普通教师有何权力?普通教师常被视作教育场域中平凡而缺乏显著权力的参与者,但他(她)却拥有一种不平凡的权力,那就是成为"行动的知识人"的权力。"知识人"是有知识底蕴的,具有建立在独立思考与价值判断基础上的对生活、社会的真实理解,坚守内心良知,以强烈的人文关怀和批判精神关注现实,追求社会进步理想的人。成为"行动的知识人"的教师意识到教育场域中"规训"与"解放"教育之间的立场分歧,通过教学与交往的独特方式,以自身的行动参与到公民启蒙和人的解放事业中来,这既是一种有意义、有力量的行动,也是一种有尊严的生活态度的选择。

Is there any power that an ordinary teacher has? In the field of education,ordinary teachers seems to be humble participants with no observable power,however,there is a kind of extraordinary power that they do have,that's the power of being 'Intellectuals in action'. 'Intellectuals'are those who have knowledge and true understanding on life and society based on their independent thinking and judgment. They strict adherence to their conscience,pay close attention to social reality with strong humanistic care as well as spirit of criticism,pursue to the ideal of social progress. The teachers who have become 'Intellectuals in action'realized the difference between 'Discipline'and 'Liberation'in education,and they participate in the cause of enlightenment and human liberation through unique ways of teaching and communication. It's a kind of action powerful and meaningful. It's a kind of choice towards dignified attitude of life either.
