A Changing World and China as an Anchor of Global Economic Stability

当今世界正处于巨大的变动之中,大国关系和布局发生了深刻变革,每一个国家都是从各自的权益出发,以与本国家权益相一致的原则来处理国际问题。世界经济也出现了一些新的变化趋势,一方面全球经济呈现出2008年以来最为强劲的增长态势,另一方面,国际能源格局发生了重大调整。但同时,当今世界经济也面临着国际贸易冲突、美元美国债务缩表去杠杆、全球债务危机、全球性通货膨胀、局部战争等不确定性风险。面对当今世界的发展变革,美国已成为世界不确定性的根源,而中国则是世界经济的"稳定之锚"。面向未来,中国将继续坚持经济全球化、贸易便利化、贸易自由化、构建人类命运共同体,通过互联互通、共享发展机遇,改变世界发展格局。

Now,the world is undergoing tremendous changes,the relationship and layout of major countries have undergone profound changes. Every country starts from its own rights and interests,and deals with international issues on the principle consistent with the rights and interests of its own country. There have also been some new trends in the world economy. On the one hand,the global economy is showing the strongest growth trend since 2008; on the other hand,the international energy pattern is adjusting. However,at the same time,the world economy is also faced with such uncertain risks as international trade conflicts,US dollar debt reduction and deleveraging,global debt crisis,global inflation and local wars. In the face of the development and reform of today’s world,the United States has become the world uncertainty factor,while China is the 'anchor of stability'of the world economy. Facing the future,China will continue to adhere to economic globalization,trade facilitation,trade liberalization,building a community of shared future for mankind,and change the development pattern of the world through connectivity and sharing development opportunities.
