基于“社会发展”理念下大都市区次级核心城镇生活空间质量评价体系研究

Sub-Core Towns in Metropolitan Areas Based on the Concept of“Social Development”Research on Quality Evaluation System of Living Space: Based on the Xi'an Metropolitan Area of Guanzhong Plain Urban Agglomeration

本文基于"社会发展"评价城市生活质量的理念,尝试构建在同一自然和文化单元内,有着相似发展水平和管理体系的次级核心城镇(各县区级)生活空间质量的评价体系,以关中平原城市群为例,重新划定了新时期西安大都市区及其次级核心城镇范围,修正原有的"社会发展"指标的"鲍氏九要素",创建融合健康城市、安全城市、智慧城市等中国城市社会发展理念下的城市生活空间综合评价体系,从实证主义角度运用数据分析,探讨中国城市群大都市区在阶段社会发展进程中的次级核心城镇生活空间质量的发展水平及时空演变状况,以期对国内相关领域研究提供借鉴。

Based on the concept of 'social development'to evaluate the quality of urban life,this paper attempts to construct an evaluation system for the quality of living space in secondary core towns( counties and districts) with similar development levels and management systems in the same natural and cultural unit. For example,the plain urban agglomerations redefined the Xi’an metropolitan area and its secondary core towns in the new era,and revised the original 'Bao’s Nine Elements'of the'Social Development'indicator to create a healthy city,a safe city,and a smart city.The comprehensive evaluation system of urban space under the concept of Chinese urban social development,using data analysis from the perspective of positivism,to explore the level of development and the temporal and spatial evolution of the quality of sub-core urban living space in the process of social development of Chinese urban agglomerations,with a view to domestic cities Group-related field research provides reference.
