摘要
随着金融科技的发展,保险作为风险管理的基本手段,已由传统的线下交易方式向线上交易方式转变。互联网时代保险消费者的概念日渐被立法机关和监管机构重视,进而对相关立法带来影响。保险公司依靠互联网信息技术,通过线上交易的方式开展互联网保险业务。在互联网金融科技快速发展的情形下,如何更好地保护保险消费者权益,应结合金融科技创新中互联网保险的特性,以消费者权益保护为中心,完善相关立法,健全监管体制,完善保险人的说明义务,建立多元化纠纷解决机制,在金融科技创新中完善保险消费者权益保护机制。
With the development of Fintech,as the basic means of risk management,insurance has changed mode of operation from traditional offline to online. In the Internet era,the concept of insurance consumers has valued by legislators and regulators,which impact on legislation. Insurance companies rely on internet information technology to develop internet insurance business online. The change of insurance operation mode brings new challenges to protect insurance consumers. With the rapid development of Fintech,the right of insurance consumers should be protected according to the characteristics of internet insurance. In order to protect the rights and interests of consumers,we should perfect relevant legislation and supervision system,improve the explanation obligation of the insurer and establish a diversified dispute settlement mechanism. We will improve protection mechanism of the rights and interests of insurance consumers.
