摘要 伴随着当前国家以及社会治理的现代化转型,学校组织管理由单一中心的传统管理向多中心的公共治理的转型逐渐成为一种新趋势。多中心治理是对传统的"中心—边缘"管理模式的单一主体性、工具理性思维、效率主义等的全面反思,它强调学校治理过程是一个多元主体的协商对话、民主共治的过程。多中心治理对于当前学校组织而言具有很强的适用性,不论是作为一种管理机构还是教育机构,学校组织都有必要走向多中心治理,在实现民主共治的同时促进健全人格的培育。为了更好地实现多中心治理,学校组织有必要从单向度的、物化的工具理性思维走向多中心的、人性化的公共理性思维,建构师生之间的公民治理的伙伴关系,形成多元共享、相互制衡的多中心秩序,从而推动学校管理思维及模式的变革,更好地实现学校事务的公共治理,更好地适应当前民主法治建设的需要。 With the transformation of national and social governance,it has become a new trend for school organization to manage the traditional management from the single-centric to polycentric governance. Polycentric governance is a revolt of the traditional singe-centric management which focus on the single-subjectivity,instrument rationality,Efficiency,and it emphasizes the democratic and dialogic process of school management. Polycentric governance has a strong applicability for the current school organization whether as a kind of management institutions or education agencies. It is necessary for schools to be polycentric governance organization to promote the cultivation of moral personality. In order to better realize the polycentric governance,schools are necessary from a onedimensional and materialized organization towards the polycentric and democratic organization.School also should construct the teacher-student governance partnership,develop the multiple sharing and multicenter order,in order to impel the transformation of school management thinking and management path,realize the public governance in schools.
