服务型制造带动中国传统制造企业转型程度测度及提升策略研究——以钢铁行业为例 被引量:4

摘要 服务型制造是推动中国传统制造转型升级的重要途径,本文基于服务型制造视角,结合我国实情,分析了我国上市钢铁企业服务型制造的主要模式:第一种是顾客全需求满足;第二种是顾客全流程参与;第三种是基于上下游客户的衍生需求。同时,本文更加精准地选定了可以代表转型程度测度标准的指标,以典型传统制造企业——钢铁行业为例,实证分析了影响服务型制造带动中国传统制造企业转型程度的影响因素,期待为经济新常态下我国传统制造业向服务型制造转型提供方法和路径。结果显示,服务型制造带动中国传统制造企业转型程度个体水平差异较大,并且,提升钢铁企业从业人员文化水平,提高企业获取专利的能力,赢得商誉等无形资产水平是实现传统制造企业向服务型制造转型的重要实现路径。 Service-oriented manufacturing is an important way to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional Chinese manufacturing.Based on the perspective of service-oriented manufacturing,this paper analyzes the main modes of service-oriented manufacturing of listed iron and steel companies in China in detail.The first form is the customer’s full demand satisfaction;the second form is the customer’s full process participation;the third form is based on the derivative needs of upstream and downstream customers.At the same time,this paper has more accurately selected indicators that can represent the measure of transitionality.Taking the typical traditional manufacturing enterprise—iron and steel companies as an example,it empirically analyzes the influencing factors of the transformation degree of traditional Chinese manufacturing enterprises that are driven by service-oriented manufacturing,and expects to provide methods and paths for the transformation of traditional manufacturing to service-oriented manufacturing in China under the new normal of China’s economy.The results show that service-oriented manufacturing has led to a large difference in the level of individual transformation of traditional Chinese manufacturing enterprises.Moreover,improving the cultural level of employees in iron and steel enterprises and improving their ability to obtain patents,and winning the level of intangible assets such as goodwill are important ways to realize the transformation of traditional manufacturing enterprises into service-oriented manufacturing.
