This paper discussed the value of narrative literature about the War of Resistance against Japan by ethnic Chinese Writers in the North America from the standpoint of trauma theory. The paper analyzed how they constructed the Chines people’s cultural trauma suffered from the Japanese Aggression War,especially from the Rape of Nanjing. These works have unique value because of their turning from progressive narrative to tragical narrative, which are more helpful to the survey of the evil in background of the war,and express their attitude to oppose the war more strongly.
