The Chinese Communist Party’s View of Supervision by Public Opinion:Development Track,Basic Connotation and Future Trends:Based on the Investigation of the History and Reality of the Founding of New China

本文在考察新中国建立以来中国共产党舆论监督观发展轨迹的基础上,将其舆论监督观的内涵概括为:人民'四权'占有重要的位置,以舆论监督促进政治生态建设,倡导积极的建设性的舆论监督,坚持舆论监督和正面宣传相统一,舆论监督要事实准确分析客观;探讨了中国共产党舆论监督观的未来走向:更加尊重人民享有的监督权,更加重视监督体系的构建,更加重视舆论监督制度建设。

Based on the investigation of development track of the Chinese Communist Party’s supervision by public opinion since the founding of New China,the connotation of supervision by public opinion is summarized as follows:the people’s'four powers';promoting political construction;advocating positive and constructive supervision;insisting on the unity of supervision by public opinion and the positive propagenda,the supervision by public opinion should be exactly and objectively.And it explores the future direction of the Chinese Communist Party’s concept of supervision by public opinion:more respect for the people’s right to supervise;paying more attention to the system construction of supervision by public opinion,and to the institution construction of supervision by public opinion.
