新中国已成立70年,中国的中国法制史研究也走过了70年历程。在这70年中,有些重要问题值得回顾与前瞻,使中国法制史研究再上新台阶。这些重要问题包括研究中国法制史的动力、中国法制史研究的发展阶段、前瞻中国法制史研究等。这70年来,研究中国法制史的主要动力来自于对中国法制史专业、学科重要性的认识。中国法制史研究的发展阶段主要可分为起步、停滞、恢复与发展、高潮四个阶段。前瞻中国法制史研究,需要在研究队伍、研究成果与研究方法等方面再下功夫,为70年后的中国法制史研究再创辉煌。

It has been seven decades since the People’s Republic of China was founded,and these past years have also witnessed the development of Chinese legal history research.Now it still entails necessity to review some major issues of it to promote future research.Such issues include the impetus,the phases and the prospect for Chinese legal history research.In the past seventy years,the impetus mainly comes from the consciousness and recognition of its importance as a major as well as a discipline.The development phases can be summarized as the starting,stagnation,recovery,and climax.As to the prospect for Chinese legal history research,the research talents,achievements,and methods should be spared with more efforts to prepare it for the next glorious after the seventy years.
