摘要
乡村文化治理的行政化路径和产业化路径某种程度上遏制了乡村文化的创造性,有违村庄的社区公共性和村民的文化主体性原则。反思乡村文化治理路径,其症结不在于将文化本身工具化还是对象化,重点在于以一种内生性视角来发现文化治理机制,而非仅仅从外部逻辑出发将文化作为'他者化'的问题去治理。本文提出了乡村文化治理的媒介化转向,该'媒介'的前端是文化和价值,后端是实践和操作,所谓媒介化治理便是在这两端之间建立一种良性的、有机的传递和联结方式,将媒介前端的精神落地,成为后端的实践。乡村文化治理的媒介化路径不仅是对在地化和历史性逻辑的遵循,而且勾连了乡村的过去和未来。
To some extent,the administrative and industrialized ways of rural cultural governance have restrained the creativity of rural culture,which is contrary to the principles of community publicity and villagers’cultural subjectivity.Rethinking the path of rural cultural governance,the crux is not to instrumentalize or objectify the culture itself,but to discover the mechanism of cultural governance from an endogenous perspective,rather than to treat culture as the others.This paper puts forward the medium turn of rural cultural governance.The front end of this medium is culture and value,and the back end is practice and operation.Medium governance is to establish a benign and organic way of connection between these two.The medium path of rural cultural governance not only follows the localization and historical logic,linking the past and future of the countryside,but also contains a criticism of the mainstream governance model and discourse.
