摘要
乳酸乳球菌(Lactococcus lactis)是目前被发掘的食品级安全微生物之一,随着其基因组测序的完成,乳酸乳球菌基因表达及调控已被成熟地用于食品工业及医疗卫生行业。本文总结了乳酸乳球菌表达系统近几年的发展状况,为作为安全级宿主菌的L.lactis充分利用提供便利与基础。
Lactococcus lactis is regarded as one of safe strain of food grade. Lactococcus lactis gene expression and regulation have been applied to food and medical industry with completion of its genome sequencing. Development situation of Lactococcus lactis expression system was summarizes. It provides convenient and basis for making full use of Lactococcus lactis.
