Land joint-stock cooperatives are an innovative form of farmers’professional cooperatives.Through practical investigation,this paper explores and studies the methods of organizing land joint-stock cooperatives,including basic principles,work flow,measures,support policies,problems found in implementation and the direction of improvement and development in the future.
