兴隆县一次暴雨天气过程的应急响应

Emergency Response to a Heavy Rain in Xinglong County

2018年7月23日夜间至24日白天,受高空槽与减弱台风低压外围暖湿气流共同影响,河北省兴隆县出现特大暴雨天气过程,造成16个乡镇不同程度受灾。事件发生后,兴隆县政府高度重视,各地各部门立即投入救灾行动,应急处置迅速、有力。

From the night of July 23 to the day of July 24,2018,under the combined influence of the high trough and the weakened typhoon low-pressure peripheral warm and wet airflow,there was a heavy rainstorm in Xinglong county,Hebei province.Caused 16 villages and towns different degrees of disaster.After the incident,Xinglong county government attaches great importance to,all local departments immediately put into relief operations,emergency response quickly and strongly.
