摘要
齿轮传动是最重要的传动形式之一,齿轮的良好润滑是保证齿轮正常传动的关键因素。齿轮润滑设计需要求得润滑油膜最小厚度。利用瞬态弹流润滑理论的多重网格数值技术,准确快速地获得了啮合点的最小膜厚,为根据膜厚比判定齿轮润滑状态提供了一种快速准确的方法。
The gear transmission is one of the most important mechanical transmission. Well lubrication of the gear is the key factor effecting the gear transmission. The gear lubrication design needs to know the minimum oil film thickness. This paper presents a new method that can get the minimum film thickness by multi - grid numerical calculation. The lubrication state can be selected by the results and the gear surface finish.
