共享农庄研究:利益联结机制、盈利模式及分配方式

Research of Sharing Farms: Benefit Linkage Mechanism,Profit Model and Profit Allocation

共享农庄产生于共享经济与农业融合发展的经济背景。对共享农庄的利益联结机制、盈利模式及收益分配方式进行深入分析发现,基于共创、共建、共享三阶段的利益联结机制,将利益相关者紧密联结,形成“利益共享、风险共担”的命运共同体;创新共享盈利模式、产业融合盈利模式以及电子商务盈利模式是共享农庄的主要盈利模式;静态和动态两个维度的收益分配方式相互影响、相互补充。进一步从提出从政府层面的引导、支持和保障体系建设,企业层面的财权配置结构与财务治理机制创新构建,村集体经济组织与农民层面的自我培育路径优化三个角度提出相关建议,引导共享农庄可持续发展,助力乡村全面振兴。

Sharing farms are produced from the economic background of the sharing economy and industrial integration development.This paper has a deep analysis on benefit linkage mechanism,profit model and profit allocation of sharing farms.The study found that the benefit linkage mechanism,which based on co-creation,contribution and sharing these three periods,connected stakeholders to form a community which has mutual destiny for“benefit and venture share”.Innovation sharing profit model,industry integration profit model and e-commerce profit model are the main profit models of sharing farms.The income distribution methods of static and dynamic these two dimensions interact and complement each other.This paper further proposes to guide the sustainable development of sharing farms and promote the comprehensive development of rural revitalization from following three perspectives.Like the system construction of guidance,support and guarantee guidance from the government;the innovation construction of financial rights allocation structure and financial governance mechanism from the enterprises;also the optimization of the self-cultivation path from village collective economic organization and the farmer.
