摘要
根据夫朗和费单缝衍射原理,以激光作光源,采用线阵CCD拾取衍射条纹图像,用最小二乘数学模型计算圆柱度误差,实现圆柱度误差的非接触自动测量。通过对比测量和精度分析表明该方法测量精度高,测量装置结构简单,具有实用价值。
Basing on Fulanhefei's single- gap diffraction principle,using laser as light source and collecting diffraction image by CCD, it realizes measuring cylindricity error by automation and non - touching. By comparing measuring and analyzing precision, it proves that the measurement is of high precision, simple structure and practical value.
