摘要 农机的叶轮和发动机弯管等复杂零部件属于农机的核心零部件,如果采用传统的加工方式,不仅加工效率低,表面加工质量也较差,且刀具磨损和材料浪费严重,增加了生产成本。为此,将现代机械加工技术引入到了农机零部件的设计制造过程中,包括五轴数控加工和3D打印技术,并以农机部件叶轮和发动机弯管的制造论证了方案的可行性。其中,叶轮的五轴加工主要采用曲线拟合的方式,发动机弯管的加工采用直接成型的方法。加工结果表明:采用五轴数控加工和3D打印技术可以有效地提高零部件的生成效率,降低设计生产成本,提高机械加工的质量,对于提高现代化农机制造水平具有重要的意义。 The complex parts are the core parts of the agricultural machinery,such as the impeller of agricultural machinery and the curved pipe of the engine. If the traditional processing methods are adopted,the processing efficiency is low,the quality of the surface processing is poor,and the cutting tool wear and material waste are serious,and the production cost is increased. According to this,the modern mechanical processing technology is introduced into the design and manufacture of agricultural machinery parts,including five axis NC machining and 3D printing technology,and the feasibility of the scheme is demonstrated by the manufacture of the impeller of agricultural machinery parts and the bending pipe of the engine. The five axis machining of the impeller mainly adopts the curve fitting method,and the engine bend pipe is added. The method of direct molding is adopted. The results show that the five axis NC machining and 3D printing technology can effectively improve the production efficiency of parts,save the cost of design and production,and improve the quality of machining. It is of great significance to improve the manufacturing level of modern agricultural machinery.
