摘要 针对国内普遍存在的马铃薯挖掘机将薯块挖掘条铺后人工捡拾、分选而带来的工作效率低及劳动强度大等问题,设计了一种小型马铃薯捡拾分级收获机。该机主要由捡拾装置、薯土分离装置、薯块升运装置、薯块分级装置及收集装置等组成,可一次性完成马铃薯的捡拾、分级、收集等工作,有效地解决了马铃薯收获后人工捡拾、分拣等费时费力的问题,可大大提高生产效率,减轻劳动强度,降低收获成本。 Aimed at the problems of low working efficiency and high labor intensity caused by requiring additional human labor to pickup and grading the potatoes after the potato excavator excavate its,which are common in china,this paper discusses a design of a small potato pickup and grading machine. This machine is mainly composed of pickup device,potato soil separation device,potato elevator device,potato grading device and potato collection device,which can pickup and grade and collect potatoes at one time,greatly reduce labor intensity. It effectively solves the time-consuming and laborious problems of manual picking and sorting after potato harvest,and greatly improve production efficiency,reduce labor intensity and reduce harvest cost.
