网链式残膜回收机膜土输分机构优化与对比试验

摘要 1MSWL-165型网链式残膜回收机具有作业幅宽大、效率高等特点,在垄作沙土地区有良好的应用前景。膜土输送与分离是网链式残膜回收机的关键环节,笔者在前期研究的基础上,优化网链结构为三拐点式二级网链结构。对残膜回带机理分析可知,三拐点式二级网链结构可有效减少残膜回带。对土块沿第一级网链抛出后减速距离进行计算,结果表明:较直线型二级网链结构,减速距离降低226mm。对抖土辊抖土频率进行计算,计算结果为9.55Hz。对1MSWL-165型网链式残膜回收机及其改进型进行田间试验,以拾膜率、回带率、膜土比为作业指标,结果表明:改进型残膜回收机残膜回带降低,拾膜率、膜土比有效增加。通过两种机型对比试验分析,可为网链式残膜回收机的改进和优化提供思路。 The 1 MSWL-165 network chain residual plastic film collector has the characteristics of wide operation and high efficiency,it has a good prospect in sand soil area.The transport and separation mechanism is the key part of the network chain collector,based on previous studies,the network chain structure is optimized to a kind of two-stage network chain structure with three-inflection point,through the analysis of the returning mechanism of the residual plastic film,the structure of the secondary network chain with three inflection points can effectively reduce the amount of returned film,meanwhile,the deceleration distance of clod is calculated when it was casted along the first stage of network chain,the calculation results showed that the deceleration distance decreases by 226 mm compared with the linear network chain structure,the shaking frequency of the shaking roll is calculated and the calculation results is 9.55 Hz,field experiments were carried out on 1 MSWL-165 network chain collector and its improved type,the film recovery rate,rate of returned film and film soil ratio were taken as the test indexes,the test results show that the improved type of 1 MSWL-165 A residual plastic film collector effectivly reduced the returned film,and the film recovery rate and film soil ratio increased greatly.In this study,through comparative test analysis of two kinds of residual plastic film collector,it provides ideas for improving and optimizing the network chain collector.
