小型滚压式橡胶果脱壳机的设计与试验 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前橡胶果脱壳机械存在脱壳率低和整仁率低的问题,利用挤压、搓擦原理,设计了一种脱壳间隙可调的小型滚压式橡胶果脱壳机,并阐述了机器整体结构的设计方案和主要部件结构。设计的脱壳装置与脱壳间隙调节装置能够适应不同品种与外形的橡胶果,很好地解决了橡胶果脱壳率低和整仁率低的问题。试验结果表明:当脱壳间隙为14mm时,脱壳率和整仁率分别为88%与78%,满足了实际生产的要求。小型滚压式橡胶果脱壳机提高了工作效率,降低了劳动强度,可对橡胶果脱壳机械的研发提供参考。 In allusion to the problems of low hulling rate and low whole kernel rate in rubber fruit sheller,a small rolling rubber fruit sheller with adjustable shelling clearance was designed by using the principles of squeezing and rubbing to increase the utilization of the rubber fruit resources.The design scheme of the whole machine and the structure of the main parts are described in this paper.The designed shelling device and the shelling clearance adjusting device can adapt to different varieties and shapes of rubber fruit and solve the problems of low hulling rate and low whole kernel rate of rubber fruit.The results show that when the clearance is 14 mm,the rate of hulling and the rate of whole kernel are 88%and 78%,respectively,which meet the requirements of the practical production.The small rolling rubber fruit hulling machine can improve the working efficiency,and reduce the labor intensity,and it may provide the reference to the rubber fruit hulling machine research and development.It has practical significance for the mechanization of equipment in the rubber fruit shelling industry.
