摘要
针对当前我国大蒜种植机械存在的单粒取种率低、蒜种鳞芽朝上直立播种率低等问题,综合考虑大蒜的种植模式和农艺要求,设计了牵引式大蒜播种机。该机利用提种爪单粒提种及弹簧扶正的原理,有效改善了播种机单粒取种、蒜种鳞芽朝上、漏播及重播的问题,且结构简单、操作方便。田间性能试验表明:该机纯作业生产率为0.1hm^2/h,鳞芽朝上率92.1%,播种深度合格率92.04%,重播率6.4%,漏播率2.1%,满足大蒜播种的技术要求。
In view of the low rate of single seed extraction and low vertical sowing rate of garlic sprouts of garlic planting machinery in China,the traction garlic seeder was designed and studied in consideration of the planting pattern and agronomic requirements of garlic.The machine uses the principle of spring centralizing and single seed extraction of seed claw,effectively improving the problems of the garlic pointing upward,leakage sowing,replay problem,the structure is simple,and the operation is convenient.The field performance test data showed that the productivity of the garlic seeder was 0.1 hm^2/h,the rate of the garlic pointing upward was 92.1%,the qualified rate of sowing depth was 92.04%,the replay rate was 6.4%,and the leakage sowing rate was 2.1%,which met the technical requirements of garlic sowing.
