基于物联网技术的智能投料机远程监控系统设计 被引量:8

摘要 为了提高玉米播种机的自动化水平和播种精度,通常可以采用远程系统对播种质量进行监测,包括漏播、重播及作业效率等;相同的原理,投料机投料过程中也需要对其投料的质量进行监测,包括投料的准确性和投料效率等。为此,依据播种机远程系统的原理,设计了智能投料机的远程系统,具有数据采集与传输、数据监测、分析、统计和管理及报警处理等综合功能,实现了智能投料机实时监控、用户管理、报警、数据统计与分析。为了验证远程系统的可行性,对投料机的投料效率和质量进行了监测,结果表明:远程系统可以成功地对投料质量和效率进行监测,并具有较高的监测精度,为投料机的高精度作业和降低环境污染提供了保障。 In order to improve the automation level and precision of maize seeder,a remote system can be used to monitor the quality of maize seeder.The items monitored include seeding missing,replaying and operating efficiency.Accuracy and feeding efficiency.Accordingly,according to the design principle of the remote system of the seeder,the remote system of the intelligent feeder is designed.The system has the comprehensive functions of data acquisition and transmission,data monitoring,analysis,statistics and management,and alarm processing.It realizes the real-time monitoring,user management,alarm,data statistics and analysis of the intelligent feeder..In order to verify the feasibility of the remote system,the feeding efficiency and quality of the feeder are monitored.The monitoring results show that the remote system can successfully monitor the feeding quality and efficiency,and has higher monitoring accuracy,which provides a guarantee for the high-precision operation of the feeder and reduces environmental pollution.
