摘要
针对三七仿生种植工厂的收获条件,设计了工厂化种植三七收获机。该机采用振动式收获方式,因此关键结构的动态特性与疲劳寿命更加需要关注。为此,对三七收获机机架进行了模态分析,得到机架的最低固有频率为25.1Hz,避开了工作激振,作业时不会发生共振;同时,对振动杆进行了疲劳寿命分析,得出疲劳薄弱部位位于振动杆上的弯曲结构,计算得使用寿命约52.7年,满足使用要求。
According to the harvest conditions of the factory-planted Panax notoginseng,a harvester was designed.The machine adopts vibrating method,so the dynamic characteristics and fatigue life of key structures need more attention.The frame and the vibrating rod are key structures of the harvester,in this paper,modal analysis of the harvester frame is carried out,and the lowest natural frequency is 25.1 Hz,which avoids the working excitation and does not resonate during operation.At the same time,the fatigue life of the vibrating rod is analyzed.The curved structure is the weak part of the fatigue located on the vibrating rod,and the calculated service life is about 52.7 years,which satisfies the requirements for use.
