摘要
农作物秸秆成型技术是进行生物质能转换的主要方式之一,而秸秆成型机是进行秸秆成型技术的关键机械。目前,秸秆成型机械成型主要利用玉米和小麦秸秆,且成型制品比较简单、机械效率低。为此,以水稻秸秆为原料,制作水稻植质钵育秧盘,利用气吸式成型方法进行秸秆成型。成型系统主要包括模具的设计、传动系统的设计、电机的选择和轴系的设计。最后,利用三维制图软件进行仿真,仿真结果表明:水稻植质钵育秧盘成型机结构设计合理,达到了预期设计目标。
Crop straw forming technology is one of the main ways to convert biomass energy,and straw forming machine is the key machine for straw forming technology.At present,straw molding machinery mainly utilizes corn and wheat straw,and the molded product is relatively simple and mechanically inefficient.This design uses rice straw as raw material to make rice planting seedling tray.The straw molding is carried out by the air suction molding method.The design of the molding system mainly includes the design of the mold,the design of the transmission system,the selection of the motor and the design of the shafting system.Finally,the simulation is carried out by using the three-dimensional drawing software,and the rice plant quality is verified by the simulation results.The structure design of the Yuyu plate forming machine is reasonable and achieves the expected design goal.
