主管压差式水肥一体化灌溉系统的设计与试验 被引量:6

摘要 针对丘陵地区农业生产灌溉中存在的生产操作困难、水肥管理难度大等问题,设计了一款适应于丘陵地区的主管压差式水肥一体化灌溉系统。该系统集取水源系统、单元素液肥系统、水肥混合系统、控制系统和作物灌区于一体,借助灌溉系统主管道的压差不仅可实现对作物常规的纯水源灌溉,亦可进行水肥一体化灌溉。性能试验表明:该系统运行稳定,能够较好地达到取水源供应、单元素液肥的吸取、水肥混合及作物灌区自动化灌溉的目标,实现了农业生产、管理过程的节约化和高效化。 Aiming at the problems of production operation and difficulty in water and fertilizer management in agricultural production in hilly areas,a pressure-type integrated water and fertilizer integrated irrigation system adapted to the hilly area was designed.The system integrates the water source system and the unit liquid fertilizer system.Water and fertilizer mixing system,control system and crop irrigation area.With the help of the pressure difference of the main pipeline of the irrigation system,not only the conventional pure water source irrigation of the crop but also the integrated irrigation of water and fertilizer can be realized.The performance test shows that the system is stable in operation,which can better realize the effect of water supply,unit liquid fertilizer absorption,water and fertilizer mixing and automatic irrigation of crop irrigation area,and realize the economical and high efficiency of agricultural production and management process.
