摘要 随着拖拉机载质量和速度的提升,以及对拖拉机美感的艺术追求,农机的很多零部件开始变得复杂起来,主要表现在很多零件采用曲面形式,给农机零部件的设计和加工都带了较大的困难。为此,以拖拉机前盖板复杂的曲面模型为参考,首先用UG软件的CAD模块绘制出曲面,并进行实体建模;然后,通过微信公众平台进行技术交流,运用UG软件的CAM模块对拖拉机前盖板模型进行了虚拟制造。对模型的加工精度进行了统计,结果表明:采用基于微信公众平台的交互式设计方法,可以有效地提高农机复杂零件的加工精度和效率,更有助于专家经验的获取。 With the lifting of the weight and speed of the tractor and the artistic pursuit of the beauty of the tractor,it has become complicated for many parts of the agricultural machinery.This is mainly manifested in the use of curved surface forms for many parts,which have brought much trouble to the design and processing of agricultural machinery parts.It takes the complex surface model of the front cover plate of the tractor as reference,first draws the surface with the CAD module of UG software and carries on the solid modeling.Then,after the technology exchange of the WeChat public platform,the virtual manufacturing of the front cover plate model of the tractor is made by using the CAM module of the UG software.The processing precision of the model is statistically analyzed.The statistical results show that the interactive design method based on the WeChat public platform can effectively improve the processing precision and processing efficiency of the complex parts of agricultural machinery,which is more conducive to the acquisition of expert experience.
