摘要 为了提高肥料的利用率,降低化肥的使用量,保护生态环境,基于种肥同行技术设计了一种分层施肥靴。采用EDEM离散元法对理论计算的分层施肥靴结构参数及其自身运动条件进行分析,并以圆杆直径、圆杆数量、施肥靴行进速度作为影响因子,进行三因素三水平的正交试验,通过响应面回归法得出施肥作业的最优参数组合,最后由田间试验验证仿真分析结果。试验结果表明:各因素影响程度主次顺序依次为圆杆数量、施肥靴行进速度、圆杆直径;得到最优参数组合为圆杆数量6根,圆杆直径4mm,分层施肥靴行进速度6km/h;仿真值与试验值的相对误差为4.342%。证明利用离散元仿真试验对分层施肥靴结构参数进行优化具有可行性。 In order to improve the utilization rate of fertilizer,reduce the use amount of fertilizer,and protect the ecological environment,a layered fertilization boot was designed based on the technology of the peers of planting fertilizer.EDEM discrete element method is used for the theoretical calculation of layered fertilization boots’structure parameters are analyzed,and movement condition and the round bars diameter,number of round bars,fertilization boot speed as impact factors,three factors three levels orthogonal experiment was carried out,through the response surface regression method to obtain the optimal parameters of the fertilizing operation combination,finally simulation results validated by field experiment.The results showed that the main and secondary effects of various factors were the number of round bars,the speed of walking and the diameter of round bars.The optimal parameter combination was obtained as the number of round bars was 6,the diameter of round bars was 4 mm,and the walking speed of layered fertilization boots was 6 km/h.The relative error between the simulated and experimental values is 4.342%.It is shown that the discrete element simulation test is feasible to optimize the structure parameters of the layered fertilization boot.
