单旋翼植保有人机雾滴飘移影响因素试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究单旋翼植保有人机在不同作业参数条件下雾滴飘移的分布特性及其影响因素,进行了航空雾滴飘移分布测量试验,利用水敏纸收集和测量加拿大贝尔407型单旋翼植保有人机在作业时的有效喷幅和雾滴飘移距离,并将雾滴飘移测试数据与侧风风速、飞行高度、飞行速度、助剂加入量等作业参数运用SPSS软件进行相关性回归分析。结果表明:在平均温度21.2℃、平均相对湿度72.5%的条件下,侧风风速、喷雾高度与雾滴飘移距离相关性系数达0.6以上,呈现较强的正相关关系;在飞行速度80~120km/h的范围内,航化作业雾滴沉积均匀性随飞行速度的增加呈现先增加后降低的趋势,在95km/h左右出现雾滴沉积均匀性峰值拐点;喷雾过程中加入航空助剂后雾滴总飘移量降30%左右。该型直升机航化作业时的最适喷雾高度在5m左右,飞行速度最宜保持在90~100km/h的范围内,添加适量航空助剂可以缩短雾滴飘移距离,提高喷雾质量。试验发现,侧风风速在3m/s以内作业时要预留至少40m以上缓冲区,以避免药液飘移产生的危害。本研究结果可为单旋翼植保有人机减飘施药技术的研究提供参考。 In order to study the distribution characteristics of halo drift and the influencing factors of single-rotor plant protection man-machine under different operating parameters,this paper carried out the measurement test of aerospace droplet drift distribution,and collected and measured the Canadian Bell 407 single-rotor plant protection using water sensitive paper.The effective spray width and droplet drift distance of the machine during operation.The fog drop test data and the crosswind wind speed,flight height,flight speed,additive amount and other operating parameters were analyzed by correlation analysis using spss software.The results showed that the average temperature was 21.2℃and the average relative humidity was 72.5%.The correlation coefficient of crosswind wind speed,spray height and droplet drift distance is above 0.6,showing a strong positive correlation;in the range of flight speed 80-120 km/h,the uniformity of droplet deposition along the flight speed The increase shows a trend of increasing first and then decreasing,and a peak inflection point of uniformity of droplet deposition occurs around 95 km/h.The total drift of the mist drops by about 30%after the addition of aviation aids during the spraying process.The optimum spray height for this type of helicopter is about 5 m,and the flight speed should be kept within the range of 90-100 km/h.Adding appropriate amount of aviation additives can shorten the drift distance of the droplets and improve the spray quality.The results of this study can provide a reference for the study of single-rotor plant protection manned dredging application technology.
