锥盘式大蒜破瓣装置的试验研究

摘要 针对市场现有的大蒜破瓣机械破瓣率低、破损率高等问题,依据物料碾搓法破壳原理设计了锥盘式大蒜破瓣装置。重点阐述了该装置的结构形式与工作原理,分析了大蒜在破瓣过程中的受力情况和主要影响因素。以大蒜的破瓣率与破损率为试验指标,进行了考虑交互作用的正交试验研究。结果表明:平盘的转速、喂入量、锥度盘与平盘的间隙、平盘转速和锥度盘与平盘间隙的交互作用,对锥盘式大蒜破瓣装置的破瓣率和破损率有显著影响。当平盘的转速为87.38r/min、喂入量为216g/s、锥度盘与平盘的间隙为26.58mm时,大蒜的破瓣率为95.3%,破损率为3.3%。 Aiming at the problems that the garlic breaking machines in current market have low broken rate and high damage rate,a conical disc garlic breaking device is designed according to the principle of material crushing.In this paper,the structure and working principle of the device are expounded,and the stress of garlic and main influencing factors in the process of garlic separated into garlic cloves are analyzed.The orthogonal experiment was carried out with the broken rate and damage rate of garlic as the indexes.The results showed that the rotation speed of the disc,the feeding quantity,the gap between the conical disc and the disc,the interaction between the rotation speed of the disc and the gap between the conical disc and the disc had significant effects on the broken rate and the damage rate of conical disc garlic breaking device.When the rotational speed of the disc is 87.38 r/min,the feed quantity is 216 g/s,the gap between the conical disc and the disc is 26.58 mm,the broken rate of garlic is 95.3%and the damage rate is 3.3%.
