摘要
针对搂膜机缺少自助力卸膜机构研究的现状,设计了一种自助力卸膜机构,避免了搂膜机液压力卸膜发生弹齿变形及部件损坏等情况。分析了自助力卸膜机构搂膜时的相关尺寸参数,通过对自助力卸膜机构卸膜过程中整地滚筒和弹齿间残膜的受力分析,得到卸膜时整地滚筒通过四杆机构传递至弹齿间残膜的作用力的关系式。通过关系式和相关经验,确定影响残膜卸膜率的主要因素为弹齿曲率半径、卸膜杆与弹齿间距(杆齿距)及整地滚筒质量。对弹齿曲率半径、卸膜杆与弹齿间距(杆齿距)及整地滚筒质量进行试验且应用Design expert进行数据分析和优化,可知:3个因素对一次性卸膜率均有显著影响,且影响强弱关系为杆齿距>弹齿曲率半径>整地滚筒质量,综合考虑后得到最佳参数组合为杆齿距1.5mm、整地滚筒质量3kg、弹齿曲率半径205mm。该研究可为相关设备的设计提供参考。
Aiming at the current situation of the lack of self-service force unloading mechanism in the laminating machine,a self-help force unloading mechanism was designed to avoid the deformation of the elastic teeth and the damage of the components.The relevant dimensional parameters of the self-powered unloading mechanism enamel film are analyzed.Through the force analysis of the residual film between the grounding roller and the elastic tooth during the unloading process of the self-service force unloading mechanism,the soil preparation roller is transferred to the four-bar mechanism through the four-bar mechanism.The relationship between the force of the residual film between the spring teeth.Through the relationship and related experience,the main factors affecting the unloading rate of the residual film are the radius of curvature of the elastic tooth,the distance between the unloading rod and the elastic tooth(rod pitch),the weight of the grounding roller,the radius of curvature of the elastic tooth,the unloading rod and The elastic tooth spacing(rod pitch)and the weight of the grounding roller were tested,and the design expert was used for data analysis and optimization.It can be seen that the three factors have a significant influence on the disposable unloading rate,and the relationship between the strength and the weakness is the rod pitch>The radius of curvature of the elastic tooth>the quality of the grounding roller,after comprehensive consideration,the best parameter combination is the rod pitch 1.5 mm,the ground roller weight 3 kg,and the elastic tooth radius 205 mm.This study can provide a reference for the design of related equipment.
