摘要
针对我国毛豆采摘收获机的发展现状,为提高毛豆采摘装置的采摘效率,减少采摘时的破荚损失、落荚损失和漏采损失,设计了一款双弹指毛豆采摘装置。分析了采摘装置的工作原理,对采摘装置关键零部件进行设计,并利用ADAMS软件仿真模拟采摘时弹指的运动过程,得到弹指末端的位移和速度曲线。仿真结果表明:其运动规律符合弹指采摘要求。制造试验装置进行试验,测得毛豆脱荚时植株摘净率≥98%,落荚率≤1%,破损率≤0.6%,含杂率≤1%。仿真与试验均表明:该装置具有较高的采摘效率,验证了装置的可行性,为今后毛豆采摘装置的设计提供了参考。
Aiming at the development status of China’s soybean harvesting and harvesting machine,in order to improve the picking efficiency of the soybean bean picking device and reduce the loss of pod loss,pod loss and leakage loss during picking,a double-finger finger pea picking device was designed to analyze the working principle of the picking device.Then,the ADAMS software is used to simulate the movement process of the finger during picking,and the displacement and velocity curves of the end of the finger are obtained.The simulation results show that the motion law meets the requirements of the finger picking.The test device was tested and the plant extracting rate was≥98%,drop rate≤1%,broken rate≤0.6%,miscellaneous rate≤1%.Both simulation and experimental results show that the device has high picking efficiency and verifies the feasibility of the device,which provides a reference for the design and research of the soybean bean picking device.
