摘要 为了发展丘陵地区轻简型农业机械,研究了丘陵山地拖拉机整机轻量化技术。首先概述了材料、结构、先进工艺的拖拉机零件轻量化技术,提出了拖拉机部件轻量化技术;然后以丘陵山地拖拉机整机为研究对象,提出了拖拉机整机轻量化技术路线,包括利用回归分析方法确定整机目标质量及采用比值法将整机质量分解为各系统目标质量,同时,对分解后系统中的零部件进行轻量化设计,并提出整机轻量化效果评估系数,进行拖拉机整机轻量化效果评价。 A study of the lightweight technology of hillside tractor is launched for developing lightweight-simplified agricultural machinery in hillside area.Firstly,the lightweight technologies were summarized of tractor parts in relation to material,structure and advanced technology,thus the lightweight technology of tractor components was put forward accordingly.Then,research was proposed on the tractor in hillside area,the lightweight technical route of the tractor,including determining the targeted weight of the tractor by using regression analysis,decomposing the tractor weight into the targeted weight of each system through ratio method,making lightweight design of the parts and components in the decomposed systems,and proposing the lightweight effectiveness evaluation coefficient to evaluate the lightweight effect of tractor.
