冬枣辅助采摘车振动输送道的设计与试验 被引量:3

摘要 输送道是冬枣辅助采摘车的关键部件,通过率低的输送道会直接降低冬枣采摘效率,为解决此问题,设计了一种振动式输送道。通过分析冬枣输送道的工作机理,确定了装置主要结构与参数,并以最大通过率为优化目标,振动频率、振动幅度、送入量为试验因素,采用Design-Expert软件对试验数据进行回归分析与响应面分析。建立了以3个试验因素为自变量、通过率为因变量的三元二次方程,并利用非线性优化进行优化求解。结果表明:所建立的模型能够很好地反映出振动输送道通过率与各因素之间的关系,各试验中因素对通过率影响最大的是振动频率,送入量次之,影响最小的是振动幅度。优化结果表明:当振动频率为18Hz、振动幅度为9mm、送入量为1.6kg/min时,通过率为97.07%。验证试验结果表明:同样工作参数下,通过率为96.93%,是非振动输送道的通过率的112.7%。 The vibrating conveyor of winter jujube is the key part of the auxiliary harvester of winter jujube.The vibrating conveyor with low rate will reduce the efficiency of winter jujube picking directly.The main structural parameters of the device were determined by analyzing the mechanism of the vibrating conveyor of the winter jujube.Taking the maximum pass-through rate as the optimization objective,vibration frequency,vibration amplitude and feeding amount as the experimental factors,the regression analysis and response surface analysis were performed on the experimental data using design-expert software.The triadic quadratic equation with three experimental factors as independent variables and pass rate as dependent variables is established,and the solution is optimized by using nonlinear optimization.The results show that the vibration frequency is the most influential factor,the feeding quantity is the second and the vibration amplitude is the least.Optimization results:when the vibration frequency is 18 Hz,the vibration amplitude is 9 mm,and the feeding amount is 1.6 kg/min,the pass rate is 97.03%.Test results showed that the pass rate was 96.93%under the same parameters.
