摘要
针对山东地区辣椒春播秋收为主的一年一作传统种植方式存在的土地利用率低、经济效益差、半自动移栽机作业效率低、劳动强度大等问题,基于农机农艺融合提出了'大蒜(或小麦)+辣椒'新型轮作种植模式及高密度辣椒栽培方式,并设计了适用于该模式的可一次完成开沟、自动送苗、自动取苗、自动栽植及覆土等功能的自走式高密度智能辣椒移栽机。田间试验结果表明:该机可以较好地实现高密度栽植且栽植株距稳定,当设定株距为16cm时,株距变异系数为4.1%,整体栽植合格率为91.4%。机具各项指标符合行业标准要求,可满足实际使用需求。
The traditional cropping system has low land utilization rate and affects farmers’income,and also semi-automatic transplanting machine has low efficiency and high labor intensity.This paper proposes to explore the establishment of a new crop rotation mode of'garlic(or wheat)+pepper',formed a high-density pepper cultivation method,which will change the traditional planting methods of spring sowing and autumn harvest of pepper in Shandong.Based on agricultural machinery and agronomy,the paper develops a self-propelled high-density intelligent pepper transplanting machine.It can complete the functions of ditching,automatic seedling,planting and covering soil in one time.The results of field experiment showed that the pepper transplanting machine can achieve high-density planting and planting plant spacing is stable.When the plant spacing is 16 cm,the variation coefficient of plant spacing is 4.1%,and the overall planting pass rate is 91.4%.The indicators meet the requirements of the industry standards and can meet the actual use requirements.
