摘要 为提高玉米精量播种机田间作业质量,设计开发了一种排种监测系统,可实现播种量、漏播量、重播量等参数统计及漏播故障报警。系统以红外发光二极管和红外接收二极管分别作为监测探头发射和接收端,两者采用平行对射排布;通过设计优化二极管及探头支架结构,消除了发射端散射光线对接收端形成的杂光干扰,增强了光线集聚性,提高了系统监测精度。控制器采用STM32单片机分析处理排种信息,当排种盘连续出现漏投、多投种粒时,系统将发出报警信号,显示故障信息。台架试验结果表明:该系统对排种量、漏播量和重播量监测精度分别可达到98.1%、94.6%与87.9%。 In order to improve the quality of field operation of corn precision planter,a seed monitoring system was designed and developed to realize the parameter statistics of seeding amount,seeding leakage and seeding repetition and alarm of seeding failure.The system uses infrared light-emitting diodes and infrared receiving diodes as the transmitting and receiving ends of the monitoring probes respectively,and the two adopt Parallel radiation arrangement;through optimization of the design of the diode and the probe support structure,the scattered light at the transmitting end is eliminated to form stray light at the receiving end.Interference,enhance light accumulation,and improve system monitoring accuracy.The controller uses STM32 single-chip microcomputer to analyze and process the seeding information.When the seeding disc continuously leaks and throws more seeds,the system will issue an alarm signal to display the fault information.The bench test results show that the monitoring accuracy of the system for seed volume,runoff volume and replay amount can reach 98.1%,94.6%and 87.9%,respectively.
