摘要 针对国内养殖业普遍存在的人工称重分栏效率低、精度差等问题,设计开发了一种羊群智能化养殖装置。该装置以STM32处理器为控制器核心,综合利用传感器、射频识别、485通信等技术,对养殖场的羊群进行个体识别、自动称重,并根据设定好的羊只体重范围实现分群管理的目的。试验结果表明:该装置实现了对羊只的个体识别、自动称重及根据称量的质量对羊只自动分栏,系统结构合理,达到了节省劳动力和提高称重效率的目的,为养殖业中羊群识别、称重、分栏提供了技术支持。 Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and low precision of artificial weighing and columning,which is common in domestic aquaculture industry,a sheep breeding intelligent breeding device was designed and developed.The device uses STM32 processor as the controller core,and comprehensively utilizes sensors,radio frequency identification,485 communication and other technologies to carry out individual identification and automatic weighing of sheep in the farm.And according to the set sheep weight range to achieve the purpose of group management.The field test results show that the device realizes individual identification and automatic weighing of the sheep,and automatically separates the sheep according to the weight of the weighing.The system structure is reasonable,which achieves the purpose of saving labor and improving weighing efficiency,and provides technical support for flock identification,weighing and column separation in the breeding industry.
