摘要 针对我国丘陵山地地形地貌复杂的特点,在传统中耕机的基础上对马铃薯中耕机进行一定程度的改进设计,主要是为了将马铃薯中耕和施肥进行有机结合。该设计适应于云南黏重土壤特性,能一次实现中耕过程中所需松土、施肥、培土及筑垄等农艺要求,并将中耕和施肥进行了有效组合,降低了必要劳动时间,提高了社会经济效益。 This micro tilling machine is mainly designed for the complex topography and geomorphology of hills and mountains in China.A certain degree of improved design on the basis of traditional tillage machines is mainly to solve the practical problems that the rotary tilling tools are easily hindered by the weeding during the cultivation process.In this design plan,the stationary cutter shaft is firstly mounted on the frame,and then the stationary blade is fixed on the stationary cutter shaft.The static blade is in clearance fit with the rotary blade,and the static blade and the rotary blade are cooperatively used to wind around the rotary blade.The weeds were cut off,and the weeds that had been cut were buried in the soil by turning the rotary knife.Finally,the whole experiment is verified to prove that the design can achieve the intended purpose.
