摘要
智能采摘机器人广泛应用于农业生产中,其协同作用直接影响采摘效率。为了提高智能拣选机器人的生产效率,在采摘机器人的设计和制造中引入了FDM技术。为提高智能采摘机器人的生产设计水平,设计出一种基于多媒体武术教学系统的开放式、协同化、智能化的采摘机器人机械部件设计控制平台。基于FDM和WEB的智能远程协作技术,采用远程多媒体技术,实现远程CAD制造和零件制造的功能。以采摘机器人的机械臂和快速制造为实验对象,对其研发周期和返工数量进行检测,结果表明:采摘机器人机械部件返工率降低,设计研发周期明显缩短,可为采摘机器人的设计及加工提供参考。
The intelligent picking robot is widely used in agricultural production.The picking efficiency of the intelligent picking robot is affected by the manipulator.The synergy of the intelligent robot directly affects the picking efficiency,and the synergistic effect controls the picking operation of the picking robot smoothly.In order to improve the production efficiency of intelligent picking robots,FDM technology was introduced in the design and manufacture of picking robots.In order to improve the production design level of intelligent picking robots,an open,collaborative and intelligent picking based on multimedia martial arts teaching system was designed and designed.Robotic mechanical component design control platform.Based on the intelligent remote collaboration technology of FDM and WEB,the remote multimedia technology is adopted to realize the function of remote CAD manufacturing and manufacturing of robot parts for picking robots.Through the feasibility of the experimental design,the robot arm of the picking robot and the rapid manufacturing are taken as experimental objects,and the development cycle of the experimental object and the number of rework of the experimental object are detected.The experimental results show that the rework rate of the mechanical parts of the picking robot controlled by the design platform is reduced,and the cycle of design and development is also significantly shortened.
