摘要
为了提高穴盘苗移栽机的自动化程度和运行可靠性,设计了一套基于西门子1200的全自动穴盘苗移栽电气控制系统,由硬件部分和软件部分组成。系统采用S曲线算法控制步进电机和伺服电机的运行,文中详细计算了步进电机和伺服电机的控制参数,并根据全自动移栽机的设计要求进行了实际移栽试验。试验结果表明:移栽机在控制系统的控制下,各组成机构运行协调一致,工作稳定,移栽成功率达到95.8%,移栽效率高,能够满足穴盘苗移栽的各项要求。
In order to improve the automation degree and operation reliability of the seedling transplanter,a set of automatic electric control system for transplanter based on Siemens 1200 was designed,which consisted of hardware and software.The system uses S-curve algorithm to control the operation of the stepper motor and servo motor,and the control parameters of the motor are calculated in detail.According to the design requirements of the automatic transplanter,the actual transplanting test was carried out.The test results showed that under the control of the control system,he operation of each component mechanism was coordinated,the transplanting machine worked stably,and the transplanting success rate reached 95.8%,the transplanting efficiency is high,able to meet the requirements of transplanting seedlings.
