摘要
针对远志播种作业田面平整度差、破除地表板结效果不明显、种子分散不匀及播幅窄等问题,设计了在开沟机构、播种机构前设置旋耕机构,使平田整地、开沟、播种、镇压一次完成作业的专用旋播机,为远志的规模化种植、降低劳动强度、减少生产成本和提高播种质量起到了积极的促进作用。试验结果表明:同一播幅中,垄与垄之间苗数的变异系数为5.33,种子播种的均匀程度良好。
Aiming at the problems of poor field planeness,breaking the surface soil hardening non-obvious,unevenly disperses of seeds,narrow sowing width during the process of polygala sowing,the spin-seeder for polygala was designed with rotary tillage device before ditching and sowing mechanism.The machine was made of flatting field,ditching,sowing,tamping at a time.It had played a positive role in promoting the scale planting of polygala,reducing labor intensity,decreasing production cost and improving sowing quality.The experimental result showed that the relative standard deviation of seeding number between ridges in the same sowing width was 5.33,and the uniformity of seeding was good.
