可变行距探入式水稻均匀喷雾系统研制和试验

摘要 针对我国南北地区水稻种植行距不统一、水稻从稻冠到根部病虫害发生位置不同等情况,研发了一套变行距探入式自动折叠均匀喷雾系统。该喷雾系统能够实现不同行距水稻的喷雾,且在水稻整个生产期间,既可以实现冠层上喷雾,也可将喷头探入到冠层以下,对水稻中下部位置病虫害实现对靶喷药,有效提高了农药利用效率,降低了生产成本,可节约能源和减少环境污染。对发生在水稻中下部的稻飞虱与常规机械进行对比试验,结果显示:对成熟期和生长期水稻7天后的防治效果分别为91.3%和90.6%,比常规机械施药分别高出18%和14.4%。 For the different planting row spacing of rice between North and South China and the different living location of rice diseases and insect pests on rice,an automatic folding uniform spray system with variable row spacing was developed.The spray system can spray with different row spacing,and during the entire period of rice growing,the system can spray above the canopy and under the canopy with penetrating the nozzle,so the pests and diseases in the middle and lower part of rice was targeted spraying,which avoid springkling spraying and effectively improve the utilizationefficiency of pesticide,and reduce the production cost,and save energy,and reduce environment pollution.The results show that the control effect of rice planthopper in the middle and lower part of rice was 91.3%and 90.6%,respectively,which are 18%and14.4%higher than that of conventional mechanical application.
