摘要
为了研究蓝莓植株采摘振动特性、研制出参数合理的蓝莓采摘机,设计了一种蓝莓采摘实验台,采摘装置、行走装置、龙门框架、导轨和基架组成。同时,研究了实验台设计参数对蓝莓植株振动响应的影响,对比分析可知:蓝莓植株的振动输出响应与指排拍打频率、指排拍打幅度成正比,与采摘机行走速度成反比。进行了蓝莓采摘试验研究,结果表明:满足采摘条件的最佳拍打频率为2r/s左右,采摘机的最佳行走速度为1m/s左右,指排的最佳拍打角度为60°左右。该研究可为蓝莓采摘机的设计及蓝莓的振动特性研究提供参考。
In order to study the vibration characteristics of blueberry harvesting,a blueberry harvester with reasonable parameters was developed,and a blueberry harvesting experimental platform was designed.It is composed of picking device,walking device,Longmen frame,guide rail and base frame.The effects of design parameters of the test-bed on the vibration response of blueberry plants were studied.The results showed that the vibration output response of blueberry plants was proportional to the frequency and amplitude of finger row beating,and inversely proportional to the walking speed of the harvester.Through the experiment of blueberry picking,it is concluded that the optimum beating frequency is about 2 r/s,the optimum walking speed of the picking machine is about 1 m/s,and the optimum beating angle of finger row is about 60 degrees.This study can provide a reference for blueberry picking machine design and vibration characteristics of blueberry.
