精密玉米播种机数控加工核心算法控制研究 被引量:2

摘要 精密玉米播种机是将玉米种子播种到预定的位置中,且保证播种的精确位置和要求数量的机具。由于精密玉米播种机工作对象的特殊性和结构的复杂性,拟采用数控加工方法,取代传统的设计制造方法,并利用软件在计算机上建模验证播种机的可行性。从精密玉米播种机的结构出发,分析实例推理中的关键步骤,采用数控加工的实例检索算法进行验证。精密播种机数控加工核心算法采用改进的最邻近算法,可高效率地检索到与目标实例相似度最高的的实例,并将提取的实例特征进行修改,为新设计的精密玉米播种机提供指导,缩短了设计周期,提高了播种机的研制效率。 The precision corn planter is the machine used for large-scale planting of corn.It is to plant a preset amount of corn seeds into a predetermined position to ensure the precise location and required quantity of corn seed,because the precision corn planter works.The particularity and complexity of the structure,the digital control simulation design method is adopted in the design and manufacture of the planter,replacing the traditional experimental design method.The digital control design is the feasibility of modeling the test planter on the computer by using special software.Based on the structure of the corn planter,this paper expounds the design technique based on case-based reasoning,further studies the key points in the analysis of case-based reasoning,the example retrieval algorithm of digital control technology,and the precision corn harvester as an example to control the seeder with the retrieval algorithm.The verification is carried out,and the case reasoning is introduced into the numerical control processing of the precision corn planter,and the design parameters like the planter are utilized to reduce the difficulty of knowledge acquisition.The example retrieval algorithm used in the NC machining core algorithm of precision seeding machine can quickly and accurately retrieve the old examples similar to the target examples,provide guidance for the newly designed corn planter,reduce the design cycle and improve the development efficiency of corn sowing.
