喷头位置和喷筒压力对烟雾机雾化效果影响

摘要 利用三维软件对常温烟雾机建模,并将其导入到FLUENT软件中,选择有限元体积法对烟雾机的模拟区域进行离散化处理。对不同情况下的工作效果进行仿真模拟,采集喷射雾滴信息,对比分析在不同喷嘴安装位置和在喷筒压力条件下的雾化效果。结果表明:有限元体积法可以较为准确地模拟烟雾机的雾化情况,且随着喷嘴安装位置距喷筒出口的距离和喷筒内气体压力的增加,烟雾机雾化效果也变得越好;但增加到一定程度时,对烟雾机的雾化效果基本不再产生影响。 Using 3D software to model normal temperature smog machine,and introduce it into FLUENT software.The finite element volume method is selected to discretize the simulated area of smog machine.Then carry out the simulation of the working effect under different conditions and collect the spray droplet information to compare and analyze the atomization effect under the different nozzle installation position and the injection cylinder pressure.The results show that the finite element volumetric method can simulate the atomization of the smog machine more accurately,and the atomization effect of the smog engine will get better with the increase of the distance from the location of the nozzle to the outlet of the nozzle and the increase of the gas pressure inside the cylinder.But when they increase to a certain extent,the atomization effect of smog machine is no longer affected.
