大葱开沟起垄施肥一体机的设计与试验 被引量:4

摘要 根据大葱种植要求,移栽前需进行开沟、起垄、施肥,针对目前国内大葱开沟起垄施肥机械自动化程度低、工作质量差,生产效率低的问题,在现有开沟起垄施肥技术的基础上进行设计研发,消化吸收国内外开沟起垄施肥等相关技术,研制了一款大葱开沟起垄施肥一体机。该机主要由变速箱、传动系统、旋耕刀盘、开沟器、镇压辊和施肥装置等工作部件组成,具有良好的工作稳定性、操作灵活性和良好的适应性。田间试验结果表明:该机的各项性能达到了大葱移栽的技术要求,保证了作业幅宽、起垄高度、沟底宽度、沟顶宽度和施肥效率等农艺要求,促进了大葱产业的发展。 According to the requirements of green onion planting,it is necessary to carry out ditching,ridge ridge and fertilization before transplanting.In view of the current low level of automation,low work quality and low production efficiency of domestic scallions,the existing ridges and ridges are fertilized.On the basis of technology,the design and development were carried out,and the related technologies such as digging and ridge fertilization at home and abroad were digested and absorbed,and a green onion ridge and ridge fertilization machine was developed.The machine is mainly composed of gearbox,transmission system,rotary cutter disc,opener,pressure roller and fertilizing device,which has good working stability,operational flexibility and good adaptability.The results of field experiment showed that the performance of the machine reached the technical requirements of transplanting green onion,which guaranteed the agronomic requirements such as width,ridge height,groove bottom width,furrow width and fertilization efficiency,and promoted the development of the onion industry.
