摘要 为了全方位掌握田间的环境和玉米免耕播种机的工作状态,提高播种质量,在一款玉米免耕播种机的基础上进行较大规模的改进,设计了一款多功能的田间测试系统,除了监测田间环境和传统播种机的数据外,还增加了图像识别的功能。该系统可以通过光电传感器和压力传感器检测播种机的漏播与重播,并可通过位移传感器检测播种及施肥深度,通过高清摄像头做图像识别计算秸秆覆盖率等。该系统还具有数据实时传输、数据查询和数据上传等一系列的功能。经过田间的测试,该系统可以稳定运行,具有进行大规模推广的潜质。 In order to fully grasp the working conditions of the field environment and corn no-till planter and improve the quality of seeding,a multi-functional design was designed based on the current large-scale improvement of a corn no-till planter.The field test system,in addition to detecting the field environment and the detection data of the traditional planter,also adds the function of image recognition.The system can detect the missed broadcast and replay of the planter through photoelectric sensors and pressure sensors,innovatively detect the seeding and fertilization depth through the displacement sensor,and calculate the straw coverage rate through image recognition by the high-definition camera.Through software and hardware design and programming of the host computer system,the system also has a series of functions such as real-time data transmission,data query and data upload.After passing through the field test,the system can run stably and has the potential to be promoted on a large scale.
