摘要
云计算的产生和萌芽为农机设计制造企业实现资源共享和协同工作提供了一个新的解决方法和机会,基于此提出了一种基于服务的农机部件设计的仿真云平台模型,将云计算和面向服务架构(SOA)相结合,在云计算环境下实现设计仿真资源的共享和协同合作。为了验证方案的可行性,以农机减速器行星齿轮的设计为例,对农机部件虚拟装配系统云平台进行了测试。测试结果表明:采用云平台可以成功地建立农机部件的三维模型,利用云平台并行计算原理可以实现三维部件的装配和仿真,得到了农机部件的运动轨迹,相比不采用云平台而言,周期更短、效率更高,对于农机部件的三维设计和优化具有重要的意义。
The emergence and sprouting of cloud computing provide a new solution and opportunity for agricultural machinery design and manufacturing enterprises to realize resource sharing and collaboration.Based on this,it proposed a service-based cloud platform model for agricultural machinery component design simulation,which combines cloud computing with service-oriented architecture(SOA)to realize the sharing and collaboration of design simulation resources in cloud computing environment.In order to verify the feasibility of the scheme,taking the design of planetary gears of agricultural machinery reducer as an example,it tested the cloud platform of virtual assembly system for agricultural machinery components.The test results show that the three-dimensional model of agricultural machinery components can be successfully established by using cloud platform.The assembly and Simulation of three-dimensional components can be realized by using the parallel computing principle of cloud platform,and the motion trajectory of agricultural machinery components can be obtained.Compared with the non-cloud platform,the cycle is shorter and the efficiency is higher,which is of great significance for the three-dimensional design and optimization of agricultural machinery components.
