摘要
健康是优质种子的重要标志,是保证增产的根本内因。传统种子播前处理容易造成土壤的污染和环境的破坏,具有很大的弊端和局限性,在实际农业生产上的开发与应用受到一定的限制。在这种情形下,物理技术开始在种子处理方法上得到研究与应用。为此,介绍了现代物理种业工程技术及冷等离子体种子处理技术的国内外研究现状,阐述了冷等离子体种子播前处理技术取得的阶段性研究成果,并提出了一种基于冷等离子体种子处理技术的作物育种新方法,将冷等离子技术真正应用于种子的播前处理;最后,总结了该项技术存在的问题,进行了合理化建议,旨在为现代物理种业工程技术研究提供理论依据。
Health is an important indicator of high-quality seeds and the fundamental internal cause of ensuring increased production.Traditional seed pre-treatment has the disadvantages and limitations of causing damage to the soil environment.The development and application are limited to a certain extent.The method of physical technology treatment of seeds begins to be researched and applied.This paper introduces the research status of modern physics seed engineering at home and abroad,focusing on the research status of cold plasma seed treatment technology at home and abroad,and the research progress of cold plasma seed treatment technology has achieved.A new method of crop breeding based on cold plasma seed treatment technology was proposed.The cold plasma technology was applied to the seed pre-treatment,the function transformation of the mechanism,the research technology and equipment,and the problems of the technology were summarized.And made rationalization suggestions,which provided a theoretical basis for the research of modern physical seed industry engineering technology.
