摘要
为了控制小型甘蔗收获机物流架到刀架的振动传递,降低刀架振幅,提高甘蔗切割质量,对物流架进行隔振分析。根据物流架的结构特点和振动传递路径,设计隔振装置,并对其进行试验验证。数据分析表明:在相同工况下,以刀架为响应点,隔振前的刀架振幅为0.90mm,隔振后为0.33mm,振幅减少了0.57mm,降低了63.3%,有效地控制了物流架到刀架的振动传递。所提炼的方法及过程可以为类似结构体的振动控制提供借鉴。
In order to improve the quality of the sugarcane,controling the vibration transmission and reduce the amplitude of the cutter about the logistics frame to the cutter frame of the small sugarcane harvester.Analyzed the vibration isolation of the logistics frame.According to the characteristics of the structure and vibration transmission path about the logistics frame,the vibration isolation device was designed and tested.The data analysis shows that under the same working condition,the tool holder as the response point,the vibration amplitude of the tool holder before vibration isolation is 0.90mm,while after vibration isolation is 0.33 mm.The amplitude is reduced to 0.57 mm,that is 63.3%,which effectively controls the vibration transmission from the logistics frame to the tool holder.The conclusions and process program could serve as reference and guidance for the design of future similar projects.
